The Firm focuses on a few selected, highly specialised areas of law. Thanks to our specialisation, we understand how a particular industry functions, how it will change and what challenges it will face in the coming years. However, we are able to look at each issue comprehensively, taking into account the risks arising from various, sometimes complex regulations, including European law and international law. .

The Firm’s offer is addressed primarily to companies operating in the energy sector.

Our customers are gas and electricity system operators, gas fuel and electricity trading companies, heating companies, energy and fuel producers, energy-intensive users.

e also provide legal assistance to entities that are subject to regulations of broadly defined environmental law, including undertaking operating in the construction, waste and mining sectors. The Firm also offers legal assistance to administrative authorities, in particular local government units.

When advising clients, we look for practical and cost-effective solutions and take care to properly assess the risks. We help our clients to take the most advantageous decision for them.

The Firm is geared towards lasting, long-term cooperation with clients, but we are also happy to carry out one-off assignments. We provide legal assistance throughout the territory of Poland.

The Firm accepts the following methods of remuneration:

  • hourly remuneration (for each hour worked)
  • for a specific case (the pricing depends on the field of law, the complexity of the case and the scope of necessary activities)
  • a monthly lump sum (the amount of the monthly lump sum depends on the individual needs of the client).

ABOUT ME

I am a legal adviser in the Regional Chamber of legal advisers in Warsaw.

Attorney-at-law, energy law expert with practical experience gained in the Energy Regulatory Office (pl. Urząd Regulacji Energetyki). He worked for many years at the Energy Regulatory Office where he dealt mainly with the regulation of natural gas, as well as biogas and hydrogen. He participated in the work of the Energy Regulatory Office at the international level (ACER, CEER). He also worked at law firms in Warsaw, where he dealt with civil, energy and tax law.

Currently, he runs an individual law firm, advising clients on energy law, including in particular electricity, gaseous fuels, renewable energy sources and district heating. He also provides legal assistance in the area of broadly defined environmental law, construction and zoning law, as well as competition law.

Graduate of law and international relations at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Socrates-Erasmus scholarship holder at the University of Reims, France (Université de Reims-Champagne-Ardenne). Graduate of the British Law Centre (Diploma in English Law and Legal Skills) organised by the University of Warsaw and Cambridge University. He completed a French-language supplementary master’s degree: Professional Master in Business Law, specialisation: French and European Business Law, (Master professionnel de Droit des affaires, spécialité: Droit français et européen des affaires), which is organised by the University of Warsaw together with the University of Poitiers in France.
