Additionally, we monitor the legislative process and analyze the impact of proposed changes in current regulations on conducting business activities. The law firm offers legal advice in the preparation and review of all civil law contracts, general terms and conditions (GTC), and regulations. We assist in drafting all types of legal acts and internal documents. We also prepare draft operational and maintenance instructions for networks and installations, compliance programs, and other documents relevant from the perspective of energy law regulations. We provide advice on transactions that require attention to high-risk regulatory issues, such as energy law and environmental law regulations.

The firm places special emphasis on negotiation and mediation skills, both in the negotiation process of contracts and agreements and in dispute resolution.

Judicial, Administrative, and Administrative Court Proceedings

Advisory and representation in civil, administrative, and administrative court proceedings

We represent clients before public administration authorities, including, for example, the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, and the Minister of Climate and Environment. We appear before authorities conducting administrative proceedings in the field of environmental protection (directors of environmental protection, environmental inspectors, water management authorities, mining supervision) and in the field of construction and spatial development (e.g., local government units, building supervision inspectorates, monument conservators). We also represent clients in enforcement, civil, and administrative proceedings, particularly in proceedings aimed at enforcing administrative fines. The firm provides advice on regulations concerning control proceedings.

The firm represents clients in proceedings before common courts, including the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection, as well as administrative courts (provincial administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court).

We also prepare analyses and opinions on local legislation, such as local spatial development plans or local regulations adopted under the Nature Conservation Act.
