Scope of services
We offer a wide range of services related to providing legal assistance
First and foremost, we offer “classic” legal services such as the preparation of contracts, regulations, instructions, as well as legal opinions and analyses. We represent clients in court proceedings and before administrative authorities (both central and local).
We also provide assistance in the preparation and participation in the process of negotiating contracts and agreements. Additionally, we monitor the legislative process and analyze the impact of proposed changes in current regulations on conducting business activities. Such actions facilitate adaptation to new regulations. Training activities, particularly in the field of energy law, also play an important role.
Contracts, Regulations, and Instructions
Preparation and review of contracts, general contract templates, regulations, instructions, and other documents, transactional advisory, and support in negotiations
The law firm offers legal advice in the preparation and review of all civil law contracts, general terms and conditions (GTC), and regulations. We assist in drafting all types of legal acts and internal documents. We also prepare draft operational and maintenance instructions for networks and installations, compliance programs, and other documents relevant from the perspective of energy law regulations. We provide advice on transactions that require attention to high-risk regulatory issues, such as energy law and environmental law regulations.
The firm places special emphasis on negotiation and mediation skills, both in the negotiation process of contracts and agreements and in dispute resolution.
Judicial, Administrative, and Administrative Court Proceedings
Advisory and representation in civil, administrative, and administrative court proceedings
We represent clients before public administration authorities, including, for example, the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, and the Minister of Climate and Environment. We appear before authorities conducting administrative proceedings in the field of environmental protection (directors of environmental protection, environmental inspectors, water management authorities, mining supervision) and in the field of construction and spatial development (e.g., local government units, building supervision inspectorates, monument conservators). We also represent clients in enforcement, civil, and administrative proceedings, particularly in proceedings aimed at enforcing administrative fines. The firm provides advice on regulations concerning control proceedings.
The firm represents clients in proceedings before common courts, including the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection, as well as administrative courts (provincial administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court).
Legal Opinions and Analyses
Providing legal advice and consultations, preparing opinions, analyses, and reports, as well as analyzing and advising on current legislative work
The law firm provides legal advice and consultations in specific specializations, supporting clients in understanding and applying sometimes very complex regulations.
We prepare legal opinions, analyses, as well as comprehensive reports and studies, identifying risks associated with the application of current regulations and recommending measures to ensure legal security for clients. We also prepare analyses and opinions on local legislation, such as local spatial development plans or local regulations adopted under the Nature Conservation Act.
The firm monitors proposed regulations, particularly in the field of energy law and environmental law. We highlight the implications of new regulations and advise on necessary actions. This helps minimize risks and costs associated with compliance to ongoing changes.
Training and Lectures
We conduct training sessions, lectures, presentations, and webinars
We offer lectures and training sessions that are both open to the public (available to anyone interested) and closed (available to employees of specific companies). Trainings are conducted in face-to-face, online, or hybrid formats.
Additionally, a significant aspect of our firm’s activities includes online lectures and webinars aimed at disseminating knowledge about developments primarily in the energy and environmental sectors.
